Why does the Attendance screen only give me current year as an option?

Some districts may notice when they get to the month of January, the Year selection field on the Enter Period Attendance and Enter Daily Attendance screen only gives them the current year.

To fix this, you will need to adjust the system parameters.

Go to System Configuration > Parameter Maintenance > Application: Attendance, Parameter Group: Configuration

There should be a parameter for MaxPeriodAttYears

If there isn’t, add it in the first emply Parameter Value field, enter 1 (or 2 or more if needed for future years), and Submit.

If you add 1, the user will not see +/1 one year for selection.
