A patch release went out on March 19, 2019 (v. 7.0.20190319_sync) to fix the following issues:

The Teacher Behavior Referrals are no longer creating duplicate Behavior Records after being submitted.

CRDC v2 Export: The LEA_ENR field value is now reflecting the correct enrollment count for the As Of Date indicated on the CRDC Common File Mapping screen. The value no longer includes students withdrawn prior to the As of Date (including summer withdrawals).

Upload Query will now find the file to upload even if the current working directly is / or undefined.
