Can I delete or edit comments for report cards?

You cannot delete comments once they have been associated with a student historically. You can modify the text, however, editing the comment text will modify it for all students who have received that comment historically. It is suggested that if you must edit the comment, use comments that have similar content, for example: "comment 01= student is a pleasure to have in class" could be edited to " student contributes positively to class." However, if you modify the language to something entirely different, such as "student is disruptive to class" then everyone that had a positive comment historically will now have the negative comment instead.
