The Summer Withdrawals query will give you a report of all students withdrawn with a summer withdrawal date. These students were enrolled during the previous year and have a withdrawal date after the last day of the previous school year and before the first day of school of the new school year.
After you enter the dates and Submit the report will appear on the My Reports screen.
The report will list Student ID, SASID, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Entry Date during the previous school year, the School Name, and the summer Withdrawal Date.
