Application Enhancement – Online Course Recommendations
Enhancements have been made to the iPass Course Recommendation process; the goal of these enhancements is to offer to parents a clean and easy to understand list of what course requests are being assigned to a student. And give staff members the ability to ‘undo’ steps within the course recommendation process.

Allow a method for schools to give directions and contact information for making changes to a student’s existing course request.

Allow Counselors to undo the approval of a recommendation.

Allow the Recommendation screen to be read-only to parents.

Allow school to control which school year a parent/student is entering course recommendations for.

Allow school to control the approval checkboxes on the recommendation screen.

Allow a teacher to delete a course recommendation.

Allow students, parents, and counselors to add alternate Recommendation for a main recommendation.

Allow the Course Request Verification report to be a publishable document.

Allow school to track which parents have viewed the Course Request Verification report.
Corrections and Minor Enhancements:

A new indicator was added to School Attendance Parameters titled “Allow Multiple Daily Attendance Recordsâ€. When this parameter is set to “No†the application will not allow multiple codes for a student in a given day.

The Export 52 Elements Report will no longer issue a timeout error when generated.

Add-on points is now calculating correctly on the GPA.

iAuto Alert – Guardian Names and Phone Numbers are now showing on the Daily Attendance View screen.

iStaff Careers are now showing all the Steps and Levels correctly.

In the College System the Update College feature is now working correctly.

On the iStaff Career page more Step values have been added to the drop-down.

The Export DOE MEPID Request is now returning the correct number of values.

Advanced Export Report will no longer add leading zeroes to the StudentID

The Allergy Report is now returning the appropriate data.

All the student information will now show in the Gradebook regardless of the browser the end user is using.

Attendance Codes can now be revised using the “+†symbol on the attendance page.

Student Schedule will now print correctly when schedule type is Period and Summary.

SIF 2.7 a new mapping table was added for Primary Disability codes.
