How do I assign a “pull out” teacher to be reported in PA PVAAS?

Teachers can be assigned individually to students by going to Scheduling System > Modify Schedules. Select a student and click on the Course ID# link for the related class/section. Select the pull out teacher from the “Additional Teachers” box and click the Submit button to save.

If you need to adjust the dates for this additional teacher, click on the “Add Dates” link to adjust Assignment Start and End Dates after saving the teacher.

If you have several students pulled out for the same class, you can also access this same page by clicking on the next Student ID# from the class roster page, by using the notepad icon.
