We are trying to assign new horizontal averaging rules to each section of the courses, but we don't have that choice in the drop down under field to update. How do I assign them?

There is a blue tab on the Course Catalog screen - Assign Average Rules to Sections - which will update the Horizontal Avg setting for courses based on the terms that the courses are scheduled to meet.
