How can I run transcripts to exclude Term 1 courses that students are no longer in? They have no Term 1 grades, but I have to leave the term 1 courses in the student schedule for EPIMS and SCS but don't want them to print on the transcript.

Go to Print Transcripts and select your transcript form, select the Grade Heading for Term 1, set Include All Current Courses to NO. This will print only courses that have Term 1 grades, not all courses in the student's schedule.
