SIF Enrollment fixes

Fix for SIF data transmission of DOE011, DOE012 and DOE013 codes for students with multiple enrollment records for the current school year (ie. changed enrollment status or withdrew).

The SIF event was combining codes from the multiple records sending DOE011 or DOE013 from Current records when submitting a Historical record.

SIF SPED fixes

iPASS will no longer automatically move the DOE032 code to the DOE034 field when a child turns 6 years old.

It is now the user’s responsibility to update the student to the appropriate age group code.

There is now a 3-5 and 6-21 version of the “01-Not Currently a Special Education student but was previously a Special Education student during the current school year” code.

These codes have been added to your site and the parameters set up to tell which code to put in the DOE032 field and DOE034 field.
