How do I check to see what my SIF SSDR Errors are and what Incidents are causing the errors?

Log into the MassEDU Security Portal to view your SSDR Error Reports.

Click on Application List

Select SIF Error Reports

Click on SSDR

Click on District Reports for District wide reports

Click on Report 2 – SSDR All Errors – District Level to see the errors for the entire district.

Select the District (your district name).

Click Finish to load the report.

Click on the Count of Errors to view the specific Incident ID with the error.
